Notice of Dragon Boat Festival Holiday Arrangements for 2026

Dear Partners, Friends, and All Employees,

In accordance with national statutory holiday regulations and taking into account the actual operations of our Group, we hereby announce the holiday arrangements for the 2026 Dragon Boat Festival as follows:

I. Holiday Period
The holiday will be from June 19 (Friday) to June 21 (Sunday), 2026, totaling 3 days.
Work will resume as normal on Monday, June 22, 2026.

II. Work Arrangements
During the holiday, daily office operations of the Group and all its subsidiaries (including Klarint New Material, Kemris Mineral Products, Kabasph Polymer, and Xuzhou AAB Industrial Technology) will be suspended.

We will respond to urgent inquiries as soon as possible. For non-urgent matters, our teams will reply promptly after June 21, 2026.

III. Safety Reminders

• All departments are requested to conduct safety inspections before the holiday to ensure that water, electricity, and equipment in office areas, production workshops, laboratories, and other workplaces are in a safe condition, and to eliminate potential safety hazards.
• All departments shall arrange proper work handovers before and after the holiday based on actual operational needs, ensuring the smooth operation of key business functions such as customer service and supply chain management.
• For relevant units including R&D and production bases as well as joint innovation platforms, any urgent matters shall be promptly reported and addressed in accordance with the company's emergency response procedures.
• During the holiday, all employees are advised to travel safely, keep communication channels open, and enjoy a pleasant holiday.

IV. Holiday Greetings

The Dragon Boat Festival, also known as Duanwu Festival, is one of China's four major traditional festivals. It falls on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month. The festival originated from ancient worship of natural celestial phenomena and later became widely associated with commemorating Qu Yuan, a patriotic poet of the Warring States period. Qu Yuan’s unwavering loyalty and dedication to his country have become enduring symbols of the Chinese cultural spirit.

The festival features a variety of customs, including dragon boat racing, eating zongzi (glutinous rice dumplings), hanging mugwort and calamus, drinking realgar wine, and wearing fragrant sachets. Dragon boat racing embodies the spirit of teamwork and striving forward, while zongzi symbolizes family reunion and the remembrance of past sages.
