KabasphKabasph® KFB-3375D is a solvent-based aliphatic polyisocyanate blocked crosslinking agent based on HDI (hexamethylene diisocyanate). It serves as the hardener component for formulating one-component (1K) polyurethane baking coatings with excellent lightfastness and weather stability. As a functional additive in drying systems, it significantly enhances coating flexibility and adhesion. Its HDI-based aliphatic structure ensures excellent non-yellowing and weather resistance, while the blocked design provides room-temperature storage stability and the process convenience of heat-triggered curing. It also exhibits great compatibility with various plasticizers (such as phosphoric acid, sulfonic acid, adipic acid and phthalate). It's recommended to conduct compatibility testing for the mixture to ensure optimal performance.

It should be stored in tightly sealed original containers in a cool and well ventilated place and protected from moisture, heat, and foreign materials. The shelf life is around 12 months when stored in a sealed package.
